Providing Ebay with documentation of package returned to seller

Hello,

Hoping somebody can help. I requested for a refund for a product that was determined to be counterfeit. I've started the return process. Ebay has since removed seller due to policy violation. Ebay stated the product needs to be returned. I've returned the product and have documentation verifying it has been returned. Ebay states it'll refund once the seller receives the product.

Question:

How can I make sure the seller will notify Ebay that it has been returned? I don't have high hopes the seller will be forthcoming. So, I want to give Ebay the documentation it has been returned by the return due date 11/3/25. Otherwise, I'll be out $71.00. Trying to minimize my chances of being scammed again.

Any input from you guys is helpful.

You need to upload the tracking number for the returned package. When tracking shows Delivered back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, you return back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
