Providing a customer with a paid return label for warranty repair request
My customer did not request a return, just a repair. I want to repair the item for free and at no cost to the customer for shipping. How can I provide them with a shipping label at my expense to return the item to me?

Mentor4 months agoYou will not be able to do this through eBay since eBay does not support what you want to do. You would need to purchase a label outside of eBay (USPS or PirateShip) an send them a JPEG file to print and attacth to the package.
