OP2 years agoYeah right...until u need ebay to sort out a problem...my experience is they run for woods to hide. DO NOT CONFRONT SELLERS AS HOW ELSE CAN THEY MAKE COMMISSION?

OP2 years agoI was sold a fraudulent picture by a seller He sent me a return slip which he made out from. Denver Colorado by USPS...he delivery the picture to Johannesburg South Africa. So I could not use it. eBay and the seller have turned their backs on me and closed the case. Why are buyers clearly not protected????

Mentor2 years agoIf you filed a "not as described" case with eBay and the seller did not provide for return shipping, you should have asked for eBay to step in and refund you. If you did not, the case automatically times out after twenty-one business days and is closed.
You may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards provide some protection for up to six months from the date of the transaction.
