Protecting Minor Policy

I have been selling on eBay for about two years. My primary items are collectible Playboys. I have always gone to great lengths to be tasteful with my posts. However, I have been getting policy violations that eBay calls "Protecting Minors" policy. I know that none of the images that I am posting are of minors. However, the violations have continued and, despite my best efforts, I still get violations and have gotten suspended. I talked to an agent, they stated that I should ad into my listings a policy compliance notice. I did that, it didn't work. I have obscured every part of every person to the point that the pictures are useless from a marketing standpoint. I have appealed and presented cases including ages that prove models are of age. I still keep getting these unwarranted violations and worry that it will cause my account to be banned. Can someone help me with this, please?

It isn't only the images that you post in your listing. If eBay knows or suspects that any image anywhere in the magazine is or might be of an underage model, that issue is tagged for prohibition. Even if eBay is incorrect about the underage part, or even doubtful, they will err in the conservative direction and ban it anyway. They're protecting themselves and you can't blame them for that.
