Protect from scammers that say they didn't receive items after they did
New to EBAY. Heard stories of sellers that get scammed by buyers who lie about not receiving items and then push for refund. This is after they have received the items. Just want to scam the buyer. This has happened to multiple people we know. How do we protect ourselves from this when it looks like EBAY is quick in dispute to side with buyer and not seller?

You can protect yourself from this by shipping with tracking and by always providing the tracking number to eBay if a user files an "item not received" case, even if the tracking has already been provided previously.
If the seller provides tracking that shows delivery to the buyer's location, the seller will win an "item not received" case on eBay.
