Property rights proof?
And item was reported as violation of intellectual property rights. However item is not a counterfeit so how do I submit that proof to eBay?

Mentor2 weeks agoI know you are looking for a reason, and honestly, the reason doesn't matter. The item and your account have been flagged and relisting it with changes it not advisable. You are now on the radar and you could risk suspension by relisting. You will have to find another place to sell it.

Mentor2 weeks agoVeRO is a verified rights program through eBay and certain brand names utilize it. They do not want their products sold on the open market, only through their sites/stores. That is probably what you are dealing with here.

An Item can be considered a violation of intellectual property rights without it being considered as counterfeit.
It would be the entity that wanted the listing taken down that you would need to deal with, not eBay.
