Properly ending and relist

I have a certified autograph card currently at auction. I’ve discovered a potential numbering discrepancy between my card and another listing, and I’ve reached out to the manufacturer for clarification. I want to make sure my buyer has 100% accurate information before the auction closes.
How do I properly end early and relist?
