How can I get Proof that my state sales tax is gtting paid to my state?

Are you being asked to provide that proof and if so who is asking?
I have a state tax ID and report my gross sales to the state on either a quarterly or bi-annual basis. I have been doing that for years and even after eBay started to collect and remit states sales tax on my transactions. I have never been asked to prove the sales tax was remitted by eBay.
