Proof of delivery when is hand delivered

Question

a water pump was hand delivered and signed by the buyer. How do I get the funds release from eBay if all they take is delivery confirmation from a UPS, USPS etc,

@miamipumpandsuply You should have canceled the sale and relisted as local pick up so that the buyer receives a local pick up code. The code would have been your proof of delivery.

All you can do now is mark the item as shipped from the drop down menu next to the item on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

Your funds are going to be held at LEAST 30 days which is normal for new sellers and when the order is over 1k. Fund hold policy> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=4816&st=1
