If USPS confirms delivery of an item, but the buyer claims they didn’t receive it, what do I do as seller?

If USPS confirms delivery of an item, but the buyer claims they didn’t receive it, what do I do as seller?

Mentor4 months agoIf you mean the tracking shows the item has been delivered then if the buyer opens an "Item not received" case you enter the tracking number into the case notes and eBay should close the case in your favor.
