Prompting a Seller to respond
Hello ebay community,
I've reached out to a Seller with an active item, but they are unresponsive thus far (several months). I understand Sellers are not required to respond, but the item is active and it is not a small or trivial sale size.
Does anyone have good advice on how to go about prompting a response? The ebay AI bot was not helpful.

Mentor1 year agoIf you need a response, you should find another seller to purchase from.
A seller that will not respond to a polite request that might result in a sale is unlikely to be more responsive after you have already paid.
