Promotions & Best Seller Badges Not Showing in eBay Search Results
Has anyone experienced an issue where eBay promotions and badges do not appear in search results for buyers?
My promotions are active and correctly configured in Seller Hub, but labels like:
“Buy 2, get 1 free”
“Best Seller”
do not appear on ANY of my listings in search results.
At the same time, competitor listings clearly show these badges.
Everything is set up correctly:
promotions active
free shipping
returns enabled
listings indexed
eligible categories
But buyers still cannot see promo labels in search.
This seems account-wide, not item-specific.
Did anyone solve this? Is this related to search visibility, account trust, indexing delay, or promo eligibility bugs?
