What makes you think everyone is boycotting promoted listings?
Promoted listings improve the sales for many sellers and don't help other sellers at all. It depends on what the seller is selling and how far up in search results the item appears, as well as other factors.

OP7 months agoI follow several different EBay selling groups between three different social media platforms, and most every post now talks about how terrible the new policy is, but personally I see no real issues and have been using it as I always have. But I was just worried I might be missing something?

I think that many sellers are rethinking whether promoted listings are right for them instead of thinking which items would benefit and which would not.
