Promotional Listing
Hi 1) I list an item on eBay and promote at 5%. 2) Someone clicks on my promoted 5% item, views it, but does not buy it. 3) Instead, the viewer clicks on a non-promoted item and views it. 4) The viewer buys the non-promoted item. Question: Will I be charged a 5% promotional rate on the non-promoted item, because, the viewer initially got to my listings via a promotional item? Thanks.
