Promotional Ad General Isn’t working with I list my Items 😩
Summary: my_junk_ur_treasure67 expressed frustration with eBay's automated customer service, which has been unhelpful in addressing their issue with promotional ad fees. They explained that when trying to list items with promotional ads, they receive an error message, preventing most listings from going through successfully. This problem has significantly impacted their sales, which usually generate at least $1k monthly but have dropped this month due to the issue. Hello guys 👋🏼, It’s crazy how u can’t get ahold of eBay, It doesn’t matter what buttons u press, It always sends me to automated chat 💬! The automated service doesn’t understand what I’m saying. Anywho, Has anyone had any Issues or problems w/ promotional ad general fee’s? When I go to list my Items, at the end It asks u, do u want to promote ur Item, I hit of course, I put the percentage, then It says “ something has happened, please try again”? It will go thru on an Item every once In a bull moon, but usually It doesn’t! I usually make at least 1k a month, I’ve not even sold 10 Items, I’m like 🤪
I’ve got a screenshot but I don’t see anywhere to post It on here w/ this. Please let me know If you’ve been having any problems w/ promotional ad general? This has messed my month all up, I was hoping to sale the most ever In this month but unfortunately It’s not happened. I get a lot of my sale mostly from promotional ads Is the gag.

I would first check your Seller Performance level in your Seller Hub or Seller Dashboard. It's possible your Selling and/Service Metrics have caused to fall Below Standard. That will prevent you from promoting your items.
If that is not the issue, then you could contact eBay to check your Account.
