Promotional $50 Coupon Not Received

I sold an item for $15 and was supposed to receive a $50 coupon as part of the EBay promotion. Over two weeks later I haven't gotten notification of receiving a coupon nor do I see a coupon anywhere in My Ebay. Can anyone provide insight as to how to get the coupon?

3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.

4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)

5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
