Promotion Glitch on multiple item Dollar discount
One of my promotions is not working. I offer $ 6.00 off on every 3 items. I have used this promo many times but since several weeks it will not show in all the live listings that are in this promotion and my customers say it will not apply in the shopping cart. I have lost so many sales and have contacted ebay several times. They told me it was an international glitch and they are working on it. When I called yesterday they claimed it was fixes but it is still not working. Has someone else the same issue? I have ended and restarted the promotion and that did not change a thing. I created a listing that offers a discount on a certain dollar amount and that seems to be working. It is just not well suited for my items.
