Why am I being charged a promotion Fee when I didn't ask to promote 2 of my products?

Mentor1 year agoI would suggest you go to each of the sold listings, click on SELL SIMILAR and then scroll down to confirm that you did not select to promote that item. If a buyer viewed that item, and then purchases within 30 days, you are then charged the promotional fee. Cancel out of the relist.

OP1 year agoI didn't promote the item that I was selling and didn't sell the item, and Ebay was charging me a promotional fee three times in one week for the same item. I contacted Ebay by phone and all the fees were refunded to my account. It took a long time for Ebay to call me back. The situation was resolved. I thank you for your suggestions.
