promotion and combine shipping
Hello, I'm an international seller on eBay. I have a question.
When I create any promotion, whether it's an order discount, sale event, shipping discount, or volume pricing, my buyers are unable to click the 'request combine shipping' button.
Is this an eBay rule, or are there additional settings I can adjust to allow my customers to use promotions and combine shipping at the same time?
