Promoting a current listing
Is the "promote" option for an existing listing not currently working? I am getting an error message in the app when trying to promote a listing.

Mentor2 years ago@phil62 Promoted listings should be working as long as it's NOT for an Auction listing.
Express Promotion for auctions has been ended and will be replaced on April 29th with Promoted Listings Standard. This is a good thing! This means that you will not pay fees unless the item sells.
You can see eBay's announcement here> https://www.ebayads.com/2024/04/04/grow-your-business-with-promoted-listings-standard-now-in-place-o...
Have you tried removing the app. Restarting your phone. Reinstalling the app? This often fixes app glitches.
