Promoted Listings Standard
For several months, I have been able to promote an individual auction listing and get charged a declining fee as the auction end got closer. Now those same active auction listings, all state in the Seller Hub column "Promoted Listings" Not Eligible for Promoted Listings Standard or Advanced. What has changed ? Can I no longer promote items unless I have a store ?
