Promoted listings now showing up as an option for my listings
I have contacted eBay about this issue many times and it still hasn’t been resolved, I tried to call again and the AI chatbot wouldn’t allow me to get a call. I have above standard rating and have lots of account activity so I meet promoted listing criteria yet I don’t have an option for it. I have been evaluated yesterday and everything is fine. How do I solve this issue as it’s really frustrating?
