Promoted listings
All of a sudden eBay doesn’t allow me to promote my sale listings..I have a 97+% sale rating with over 200+ sales so I can’t see that being the issue..any ideas?

Usually when a Seller is no longer able to promote their listings, it's due to a change in their Seller Performance level. If you check your Seller Hub or Seller Dashboard, that will show your current level. If it shows Below Standard, that it the reason.
You should also check your Seller Metrics. If you have fallen to Below Standard your Metrics will show the areas that need improvement.
