promoted listings
i would like to start doing some promoted listings. The option is not available on my seller hub. I have contacted Ebay twice and their advice was keep selling you are doing well, the system will generate the availability someday. I am a top rated seller, with a store. Positive feedback, 10 year history ( with a long break)
103 sales this year. What can I do ?
