Promoted listing refunds?

Question

I had a promoted listing sell and not is is being returned. I owe $55 in the promotion selling fee, is this refundable if buyer returns?

Hello markalexo0,

It is my understanding that once a Seller issues a refund to the Buyer, their Promoted Listings Standard fee will be automatically refunded. This would only apply to a Promoted Listings Standard fee. And the refund would be prorated. So if you only issued a 50% refund to the Buyer, you would get a 50% refund on the promotion fee.
