promoted listing fees
When you sell an item using "promoted", do you pay a final value fee in addition to the promoted listing fee?

If you see any fees at the bottom of the screen before you list the item then those fees are due even if the item doesn't sell. These fees would be for optional listing upgrades, classified listings, etc.

I do not recommend Priority promotions, they are best for high volume sellers that have repeatable items. This type of promotion is a Pay Per Click and the fee is charged even if the item doesn't sell.
