Promoted as fees
Hello. I need to know the best way to handle something. I made a sale on train tracks and used ad promotion of 2%. The ad fee charged on the $40 plus shipping is over $51. This gives me a "profit" of - 0.12
And I still need to ship a 3 foot box!
I know what my intention was- 2% -
But I don't know the percentage that went through, looks like at least 80. I'm not tech savvy and this is difficult for me. Is there any way to proceed?
I wish I could just talk to someone real.
