Where do I find the option for eBay to promote my listing

Promoting your listings may not do anything for you unless you start being more specific in your item titles. Oil pan, Furnace control board, Front wheel bearings, are all items that fit or work with specific vehicles or furnaces. You need to open your listings and look at the titles of the promoted items like yours, and open a few of them to see what info they give for the products.
