Mentor3 years agoI resisted using Promoted Listings since they first came out, and finally relented in September 2022. ebay allows you to specify a rate in order to promote a listing. I currently promote at 3% . If someone clicks on my promoted listing and then makes a purchase within 30 days, I am charged an additional 3%. ebay does let you know if the listing sold using the promoted rate.
Here is an example:
I don't promote if I am the only seller with the item available.

OP3 years agoI get all that, what good does it do other than give eBay more fees. What's a campaign? How does it benefit the seller? You said you did 3% eBay suggest 9,10,11%. What does eBay do for you the seller for giving them 3% more? Thanks.
