Prohibited item-International Shipping
I sent an antique boomerang to Australia thru your International Shipping program. It never made it past the US hub in Illinois and DHL has listed it as a prohibited item. It says it's been returned to me (the Buyer) but I have never received it. That was 7 days ago.
When I receive it back, if ever, the customer wants me to resend it. Is that possible thru my local Post Office, or will they reject it also?
If the item is never returned to me (how long should I wait?) do I initiate a refund to the customer or is that done on Ebay's end?

eBay refunds the buyers and you keep the sale. This is how the EIS program works.
