I sale an item for $100 the shipping label is $211 my earning for this item is -122 do customer paid the label or I have to pay it

Your buyer(s) will pay the shipping amount shown in/on your listing.

If it actually costs more to ship/send/deliver the item to the buyer, you must pay the additional cost. No one -- neither your buyer nor eBay -- is required or able to reimburse you.

Cases in point: your sold listings show two large and presumably heavy wooden trunks that each sold for $100 with a shipping price of only $5.52 each.

Sometimes the best lessons are the most expensive ones.

@ju-855259 You made a very big mistake for the shipping on the trunk. It should have been listed as LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.

If you try to ship it using Fed Ex or UPS there is a STRONG chance that they will add surcharges and bill you later due to the oversized item. This means you will lose even more $$ on the sale. Even $211 seems like not a high enough price for the shipping since you do have to box it.

I hate to suggest this but the "best" option for this sale is to contact the buyer and let them know that you made a BIG new seller mistake and have to cancel the sale and issue a refund.

Then you cancel the order as Out of Stock/ Damaged from the drop down menu next to the item. You do unfortunately receive a DEFECT for canceling this way. Be careful to not get anymore defects as they do hurt your account, especially since you are new seller.

You will get your sellers fees back.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.

Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.

Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.

Unfortunately you did not calculate the shipping for that item correctly. The buyer cannot be charged anymore than what was shown on the listing so you are responsible for any additional shipping charges.
