Products purchased never arrived
The shampoo and conditioner never arrived. The seller sent some ridiculous "gift" a small brush and comb but NO SHAMPOO OR SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER never arrived. I have attempted to communicate with the seller throughout this purchase process. They stopped responding after Dec 3 with NO resolution to my unfulfilled purchase. Today, I find that my request has been CLOSED DUE TO NO ACTIVITY. I have no idea what that means or where to turn for assistance. Ebay has left me with no option for refund and no product.

Did you file a Return Request due to "does not match description"? If so, and the seller did not provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or a return, did you go back to your Return Request details and ask Ebay to step in to help you? If you did not ask Ebay to step in within the time frame allotted, Ebay was able to close your case due to inactivity.

As per my previous reply, you needed to take action by returning to your Return Request and asking Ebay to step in to help you before your case "timed out".
Messaging the seller does not count as 'taking action" within the case.
According to Ebay: We'll automatically close a request if there's been no activity for 21 business days, so don't wait too long.
