Products been paid for but no receipt or order number
Purchased an iPad yesterday evening using PayPal, the process was interrupted. The purchase went through the PayPal side but apparently never completed on the eBay side. In my eBay history it doesn’t even so the purchase. Who and how do I contact eBay to resolve this.

It sounds like you ordered as a guest rather than on your account. Guest purchases are not related to your account in any way. You should have received an email confirmation of the order if you entered the correct email address.
