Product Violation.
We would like to understand whether, in case of a product violation, immediately delisting the product is considered a positive corrective action. Can this help speed up the removal of selling restrictions, or does eBay still continue the review process regardless?

Usually, eBay automatically removes the listing if it violates policy.
The best practice is to understand the policies and abide by them so this isn't an issue. As a new seller, you need to avoid policy violations in order to keep your selling privileges. Once you are on eBay's radar for violations, your account will receive extra scrutiny.
