Product stolen and containers shipped back with water and soap
I sold a female hair care products and liquid collagen, she turned out to be an ebay Karen that steals. She received the product, complained about it, then said nasty untrue things about me, then requests a refund but waits forever to send me back all of the product. I knew she was going to tamper with the product and she did, she stole the liquid from the collagen bottle and the hair serum bottles and replaced the serum with water and the collagen with soap. You can clearly see the difference in product in comparison to my personal bottles. I'm not paying her any type of refund and she gets away with stealing the product and my money. Oh no!! Need help with finding a number for ebay. Please help. Thank you for your time.
