Product shows 5 year warranty but seller does not respond to messages
I bought an item in November last year, and the item shows 5 year warranty to which I’ve messaged the seller who does not respond to messages

Mentor1 week agoWarranties are between you and the seller and/or manufacturer. Ebay can't help you past 30 days and you payment processor maybe up to 180 days.
What type of item was it?
Did you register it?
Was the seller and authorized dealer?
Did you try contacting the manufacturer?
