I ordered salt pork from a seller that is clearly sats to keep refrigerated. The seller mailed across the county in a bag. Spent 3-4 days to get here unrefrigerated during a county wide heat wave, it's triple digit heat here for the past few weeks. seller says no returns

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason defective/ damaged is the closest reason for toxic food.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
