Product safety policy?
I listed an item to sell. The manufacturers had a recall, however the item I have listed was replaced under warranty. eBay keeps on delisting and the automated responses are not helping. Any one had the same experience? How can I resolve this

You will not be able to list it. eBay has no way to tell if it has been repaired or replaced so all recalled item are not allowed.
Do not continue to try to list an item that was removed. This can cause your account to be restricted.

Thank you for your response, greatly appreciated! I do see exactly the same bikes posted on eBay that were under the recall notice. Seems a rather ad-hoc policy monitoring process. I understand the reason but if the item has been fixed by the manufacturer and you have proof seems it should be allowed. Regardless thank you for your answer.

Your welcome. The system is not perfect and some listings do get through, they will be removed eventually.
