Product Safety notice from ebay has the wrong product
I had a Labubu Macaron product listed on ebay and they said there is a recall, and I opened the recall link, but the recall is related to a Macaroo. I started the appeal to tell them its not the same product and they still denied my appeal within minutes of me submitting it. I am convinced it is ebay's AI system that doesn't understand that they are completely different products. I had spoken to customer service and showed them the difference in the products but the appeals process is completely automated. How do we get real humans to start looking actual concerns again?
