Product Safety Concern-Cannot contact a LIVE PERSON eBay
Purchased a Neatcell Picosecond Skin Laser Beauty item #356237968074 to which eBay emails informing me that the product has safety concerns where the listing of the product has been removed for policy violations where when reaching out to the seller...monroe668..order #21-12478-10296, the seller states the product is good to use. I purchased 12-21-2024 as a gift.
What do I do when the seller emails back saying the product is good to use and they do not know why eBay would email me?
If there is a product safety concern the way eBay has sent me in eBay messages... how do I handle the situation with the seller who states the product is good and no refund?
