Product returned wrong shipping address
My customer put the wrong shipping address and the product was returned to me. He request a refund but is trying to make me pay for shipping when it wasn’t my mistake. How do I handle that and why is eBay customer service e so hard to get to.

The shipping the buyer paid is non-refundable as it has already been used to ship the the incorrect address the buyer supplied to you.
Once you have the item back, you can use the refund option in the dropdown next to the order transaction for the item price only (not including shipping if stated as a separate cost). You can then relist the item so that the buyer can repurchase it. Remind him to correct his address at checkout before proceeding through payment.
