Product Return to Seller after date for policy refund
Bought Christmas Decorations in October to have them before they sold out. No one that I know puts Christmas Decorations up in October or November for outside. I live in a cold area where you have to choose your days (due to the weather) to do outdoor decorating. So, finally, in December, I had a couple of days when the weather cooperated near the middle of the month. Therefore, I put up my outside Decorations. All of them kept blowing over on the ground. I tried several different methods of securing them several times, but was unsuccessful. On 12/19/25, I contacted the vendor/seller, and I told them what was happening. They promised they would take care of it, and they were out of the office until after the holidays, and they would be in touch. This, I suppose, by seeing some of the communications, is a Chinese Company which has a New Year Different from ours in the USA.
I waited and waited. I started sending messages and got the same "Can Respondence." During this time frame they asked, that I not give them a "Bad Review" and not to contact eBay as they would take care of any issue I had. I told them I understood and I guess that was my mistake for trusting someone to "Keep Their Word."
All this is in the messaging. Now what?

Buying sometime in October means that 30 days AFTER you received the items you lost your eBay Money Back Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
We live in a cold climate as well but I normally get the outside Christmas stuff set up before it gets too cold. But then it is just stringing lights. If you have stand up stuff you will need to secure it to avoid it from blowing over, many folks here to that to their outside decorations. Some may stand on their own but other items they have to add additional lines or stakes so they don't blow over.
If the items were advertised to stand alone in windy conditions and you are past the eBay protection period you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source.
