Product refunded, but seller shipped afterwards, but seems off
Hi Fellow Ebayers,
I would like to ask regarding this situation:
seller failed to ship the product, I purchased. I filed a dispute with Ebay, got refunded, die to no response from the seller. Got refunded, days after that the seller showed up, saying that he has shipped the product. The only tracking number was provided, never showed an item received by any post office, just label created. Now the seller is nagging me that Ebay won’t pay him…etc. Is this some sort of a guilt trip scam? The product never appeared, seller failed to send another tracking#

Ignore them.
If the package is delivered, you can refuse it since you have already been refunded.
