Product Recall Return
I received an email this morning that 4 chairs I bought last year are not safe to use. Ebay states to contact "Help and Support", but there is nowhere to email or talk to someone about this. What should I do about these chairs, which the email says are dangerous to use?

Mentor10 months agoPerhaps ebay wanted you to use the HELP & CONTACT link at the top of each screen?

Mentor10 months ago@aquarium-plants You need to contact the manufacturer about the recall. Neither eBay or the seller are responsible for refunding you.

OP10 months agoThe problem is the seller is no longer active (despite having 4.2K feedbacks), so I am not able to find who the manufacturer is. I guess I'll just have to take the loss and give Ebay a negative feedback for emailing me, only to give me the run around.

Mentor10 months ago@aquarium-plants Do the chairs have any maker marks? You can also try a google image search to see if you can find the manufacturer.
It's better that you at least know that there is a safety concern so you can inspect the chairs and see if they pose a risk for the method in which you use them.
Have you tried you purchase history to see what it shows there for the chairs?

OP10 months agoThank you, the inactive seller replied. They saif they will get back to me by Tuesday, so hopefully it will be resolved.
