Product recall removed from my purchase listings no recourse for refund
I received an email from eBay stating that my purchase of 2Pcs E26 RGB RGBW LED Light Bulb Multicolor Changing Magic Lamp w/Remote Control has been recalled. The email said stop using the product, but gives no information on how to get a refund. They also deleted the item from my purchase history. Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue, and can anything be done about it? I have purchased several lights for me bae, and just based on the description I can't tell which one of these lights they're talking about. But it doesn't seem fair that they give no information on how to get a refund and determine exactly what item it is, since they deleted it from my purchase history and it is no longer listed obviously on eBay.
