Product not received and seller does not respond
Hi, I made a purchase of a product and the order is 01-13636-77559, to date I have not received my product, the seller sends a FedEx tracking number which is 393734330173, but it is not of the product we bought, we validated this with FedEx, I placed a claim but due to ignorance I closed it, I try to contact the seller and they do not respond, now my question is, have I been scammed?

Mentor10 months ago@miguelp0120. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but once you close a refund request you can't open it again or open a new one.
Your only option now is a chargeback with your bank or credit card if the item is past due arriving.
