Product is unusable
I purchased a hand held sewing machine. It was suppose to be new. The box looks old and worn. When I opened it there is an electric cord with a white box that has some kind of dry stuff. It looks like it some kind of drainage from a battery. The is a latch which says push but I can’t get it open. Now the seller has returns not excepted. But the item is defective from the start. This seller probably knew it didn’t work. eBay has a Claus that even if the seller says returns not excepted you can still return it.It’s not I just don’t want it it’s unusable. And eBay close the request siding with a seller that doesn’t back their sale

Are you saying that Ebay closed your Return Request? That should not have happened if you properly processed the Return Request.
What reason did you specify when you filed the Return Request?

OP3 years agoI sent pictures of the product.showing the cord with a stain. Looks like a battery. The sellers ad say no returns excepted. But I feel if it defective that should not count.It not that i thought it was junk. The little white box’s says push but it is sealed shut. Then I received message from eBay that it was closed
