Product hasn't moved from authenticator

Question

I sold a card and the tracking says it got to the authenticator but it hasn't moved from the authenticator in about 3 weeks now and the customer is starting to get worried as am. Is this normal? Im a first time seller.

@havel-stonehold The authentication centers can get very backed up, especially for trading cards.

Let the buyer know that you do guarantee that they will get the card or a refund and thank them for their patience.
