Since ebay does not seem to have any direct contact system, I'll try this forum.
Why am I asked to send feed back on a individual items, particularly books, that were ordered in one mass order? Why am I asked for individual items rather than the entire order? This is a recent occurrence. Previously was not asked for this type feedback. I do give positive feedbacks and try to avoid negatives, unless the product/service is really disappointing.
Anyone else experiencing this time consuming, ridiculous process?

Feedback reminders are sent automatically based on your Communication Preferences. If you do not want such reminders, you can disable them.
