Product failures shortly after return window closes
Purchased two lithium ion 12 Volt 50 Amp batteries on 12/30/23. Return window closed in late February ad by mid March, both batteries failed. I have written to the seller on two occasions and both letters have gone unanswered, and I have been ignored. The batteries should have lasted many months if not years. Ebay has not been helpful in finding a resolution. Suggestions?

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. A Buyer has 30 days after delivery to file a refund request if an Item is not as described in a listing. Once it goes past that 30 days, you would need to try to file a claim with your payment source. They also have deadlines.
